Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax.
All tour prices are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated.
Child prices where applicable are for those under 13 years of age. Some tours have an R18 restriction.
Booking online will incur Fareharbor fees. Fareharbor is our booking platform partner.
Conditions
Zozo Travel makes every effort to offer the tour as advertised but reserves the right to alter itineraries where required.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings 24 hours or more prior to departure will be refunded in full (minus any booking or credit card fees). There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour departure. Tour bookings may be re-scheduled by request if availability allows.
Zozo Travel does not keep any contact information beyond a month after the completion of your tour. Within that one month after your tour Zozo Travel may request a review or customer survey via email or phone.
